3. Ship the Item: Send the product back to us using a tracked shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Details:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Products that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for a refund.
